A new, modernized and extended building of the bus and train station was completed in December 2014. This facility was built in the place where since the 60s of the previous century there had been an old bus and train station. Today it is a regional bus transport center.

The architectural concept of the new station was prepared by a drawing office from Lódz - Archidea - Królikowski, Wichlinski-Architekci Spólka Partnerska. A characteristic green and gray body of the building refers to a dynamic character of modern means of transport.

The facility is twice larger than the previous one. The entire station is lit in a modern way and also looks great at night. On the ground floor of the building there are:

- ticket offices, - a spacious waiting area with seats and a playground for children, - toilets (including a toilet for people with special needs and a changing table for babies),

- services and shops including a snack bar, a large newsagents, a milk bar "13 Stacja" offering delicious home made meals, a travel agency selling bus, train, plane and ferry tickets, a hairdressers and a clothes shop.

- on the first floor there is a modern and comfortable GreenHotelPlock, offering 33 single and double rooms with air-conditioning and bathrooms.

On the outside there are 12 roofed bays for buses traveling locally and over longer distances in Poland and abroad, and additionally there is a bus stop for public transport. At each of these bays electronic displays inform passengers about current connections.
